RICHARD HENRY "DICK" CASH, 68

FROSTPROOF - Richard Henry "Dick" Cash, 68, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013 following a long battle with cancer at Kenilworth Care in Sebring, surrounded by family and friends.
Born in Miami, he had lived in Frostproof for 30 years. He was a heavy equipment operator by trade. He enjoyed fishing with his buddies, watching sports and most of all his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Oliver Cash of Miami, a brother, Ernie of Tampa, and grandson, Cody Prochaska of Winter Haven. He is survived by wife, Kathy; mother, Jackie Shore, Tampa; brother, Tommy, Miami; sons, Joe (Linda) Turner, Baltimore, MD, Shannon (Kathy) Alexander, Winter Haven; daughter, Erin Ferguson, Haines City; grandchildren, Cory Prochaska, Caleb Alexander, Kelsie Hall, Logan Waters, Mason Bruce; and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. at Fountain Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service. Please feel free to dress casually. Arrangements with Fountain Funeral Home, Avon Park.
