BEARD, 103

LAKE PANASOFFKEE, FL. - Roma Lee Beard, 103, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, died Friday, May 27, 2011 in Charlottesville, VA of natural causes.
Born September 18, 1907 in Baker, FL, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis and Sarah Campbell Miller and was the wife of the late William P. Beard, Jr. She is survived by one son, Carl Ray Beard of Charlottesville; two grandsons, William P. Beard III and Carl Ray Beard, Jr.; and two great grandchildren, Hai-ley Beard and Connor Beard.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Beard will be held in the Page-Theus Funeral Home on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058.
