SARITA "PEGGY" ROBERTS NUNN, 82

LAKELAND - Sarita "Peggy" Roberts Nunn, 82, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 from complications due to COPD.
She was born and raised in Sherman Texas. She married Harrell Trussell Nunn 12/20/48 and spent the next 20 years raising five children and traveling as an Air Force wife. They moved to Florida in 1969 and lived in Tampa and then Lakeland. Her husband passed away May 2002 after 53 years of marriage.
She is survived by her five children: Sharon Smallheer (Chuck) Lakeland Fl, Pam Bass (Roger), Jacksonville Fl, Harrell Nunn Jr, Tampa Fl, Jim Nunn (Deloris) Yorktown Va, Patty Newsome, Greer SC and grandchildren, Kimberly Smallheer, Brian Smallheer, Eric Bass, Joshua Nunn, Corey Nunn, Nick Newsome and Cody Newsome.
Following a private family gathering, she will join her husband at Bushnell.
Lakeland Funeral Home.

We knew Sarita form Calvary Baptist Church. My husband and I were directors of senior adults. Sarita love to go and went with us on a lot of a senior trips. She was always very pleasant and we really enjoyed knowing her. We were gone on a trip when she passed. Sorry for your loss. She enjoy going to church and she loved the Lord. She is greatly missed and loved. Bill & Glenda Hartwig
