LAKELAND - Shirley Ann Crawford, 65, died May 28, 2011 at Kindred Hospital of Tampa due to heart failure.
She was born July 24, 1945 in Oxford, Alabama and moved to Lakeland from Haines City 46 years ago. Mrs. Crawford was the office manager and co-owner of Wayne Crawford Construction and attended First United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Wayne Crawford Sr. Mrs. Crawford is survived by her son Walter Wayne Crawford Jr. of Lakeland, daughter Trina Kingery (Kevin) of Lakeland, sisters Helen Alderman of Las Vegas, NV and Edna Dills of Winter Haven, brothers Doug Evans of Ragland, AL and Johnny Evans of Haines City. Also surviving are grandchildren Trevor Kingery, Nathan Kingery, Tucker Crawford and Bo Crawford.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 PM in the chapel of Lakeland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Gardens.
