I was a Co-worker of Bill's since December 1962. Bill trained me when I came into the Department. He was a great Guy to be around. Always jolly with that bounce in his step. He trained me well as He used to kid me when I became supervisor and He had put in for the same job and I got it, saying He just trained me too well. Many good rememberances of Bill. My condolances to Bill's Family.
