LAKE WALES - John Macri, 57, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away of heart failure on July 24th, 2012, at Winter Haven Hospital.
Prior to moving to Lake Wales, Florida, in 1993, he resided in Utica, New York. He was a loving father and brother as well as a respected business owner and the operator of American Transmission & Complete Auto Repair in Winter Haven, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents Louie and Josephine Macri, as well as his brother Frank Macri. He leaves behind his daughters Tanya & Kristina Macri, his two grandchildren Jaiden Stewart & Juliana Powers, a brother Louis Macri of Winter Haven, and two sisters, Linda Macri of Lake Wales & Kathy Ball of Frankfort, NY.
A Memorial Mass & Remembrance Gathering will be held in his honor at St Matthews Church, 1991 Overlook Drive, Winter Haven, FL on Friday July 27th at 9am. The family is asking for contributions in lieu of flowers.
