LAKELAND - Donna Lee Woolbright, age 67, passed away on 7/31/2012 of COPD.
Donna was born on 6/22/1945 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Donna is survived by sons Samuel Dean Woolbright of Lakeland, FL, Mark James Woolbright of Indianapolis, IN; daughter Donna Marie Smith of Lakeland, FL; brothers Robert Lewis Wood and Richard Lynn Wood, both of IN; sisters Norma Jean Lockhart of Lakeland, Carol Ann Andrews of Karen Sue Villarreal, both of IN; five grandchildren: Ashley Michelle, Morgan, Annie, Collin and Justin.
Visitation will be on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 11am with a service follow at 12pm at Central Florida Casket Store & Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be August 3, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Oak Hill Burial Park.
