AUBURNDALE - Grace Marie Leggett, 79, passed away August 29, 2012 in Auburndale, FL, of heart failure.
Marie was born March 23, 1933 in Haines City, FL, to Harry and Grace (Raulerson) Himes. She worked for Dr. Startsman as his Medical Secretary for many years in the Orlando area.
She is survived by her sister, Laura O'Kane of Haines City, FL; niece, Diane Lamb (Ed) of Murphy, NC; nephews, Darrell M. Glover, also of Haines City, FL, Tim Himes (Vivian) of Lutz, FL, Carl Himes (Diana) of Seffner, FL, and Allan and Kelly Himes of Lutz, FL; and a host of grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
Marie was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Joe Himes.
