KANSAS CITY, KS. - Jima Marie Hope, age 61, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Kansas City Hospice House.
She was born September 18, 1950 in Manhattan, Kansas the daughter of James and Evelyn (Sloop) Hope. Jima married Leonard Smith, he preceded her in death. She then married Richard Massey and the later divorced. She is now married to Craig Pellham of Kansas City, Missouri. He survives.
She is survived by her mother Evelyn, her husband Craig, and children, Jason Morrissey and Laura (Rick) VanDonge, step-children Craig (Jamie) Pellham Jr., Jeremy Pellham, Robbie (Amber) Pellham, Danielle Pellham, and Jenny Day, 4 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren, and brother Terrald (Dawn) Hope, and many close friends and family who loved her.
Jima was preceded in death by her daughter Caressa Nelson and her father James.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 16, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64145.
