OLA FAYE
IRWIN, 92

LAKELAND - Ola Faye Irwin, 92, of Lakeland passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the Winter Haven Hospital due to natural causes.
She was born November 23, 1921 in Chapmanville, PA to the late Clyde E. & Anna Theuret; and she came to the area from Erie, PA in 1984. She graduated from Erie Business College and then attended Anderson University in Anderson, IN for two years. She was retired from Hammermill Paper Company and was a member of the South Lake Wales Church of God.
Ola was preceded in death by her husband Mack Curtis Irwin; a grandson Matthew Goodrich; a son-in-law Rev. David Goodrich; two brothers Ray and Roy Theuret; and a sister Edith Theuret Tingley. Survivors include her daughter Judith King Alvin of Lakeland; sons David M. Irwin Mary of Alexandria, KY and Timothy T. Irwin Janelle of Aloha, OR; six grandchildren Ben & Will Irwin, Bryan Goodrich Rosalind , Johanna Goodrich Melaragno Joe , Beth Ann Wells Doug and Josephine Goodrich Steege Keith ; eight great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10 00 am until the funeral service at 11 00 am Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Brian Walker of Lake Morton Church officiating. Condolences may be sent to the family and the webcast of the service can be viewed at
