CONFERE, 66
LAKELAND - Joyce Ann Confere, 66, died Thursday, April 5, 2012 at her home in Lakeland due to heart failure.
She was born September 18, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio to Samuel and Margaret Palmer.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband Joe L. Spracklin; daughters, Di-ana (Bobby) Daneau, Vicki (Tim) Pauline, Victoria Kensey and Patty Collin, sons, Pete (Lynn) Sykes, George (Angela) Sykes, Sam Confere, Eric (Sherie) Confere, John (Thelma) Confere, Clem-ons Confere, Jr., Timothy Spracklin and Tony (Kym) Spracklin; brothers, Jack and Jim Palmer, sisters, Myrna Gainer and Charlene Daily; 22 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
The visitation will be Wednesday, April 11, from 2-3 PM with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Northside Chapel.

I think back to all tne fond memories going to Aunt Jo's playing with Diane and Vicky. Aunt Jo was ready to put the heat on me when I was bad but was always willing to show me love, warmth and affection.
I will miss my Aunt Jo, and her loving hugs and kisses . I will always remeber her . love you lots ,

Joyce has been a part of my family for several years. The one thing you always knew was the love she had for her children, grandchildren,family and friends. They should always remember that love was always there. Sorry for the loss to all the family. She will be missed a lot.I did not hear or see her often, but I always knew I could expect the Christmas card from her and Joe. She loved life. Glad she found someone to enjy it with finally.

It is ok to feel great sadness in our hearts when saying good bye to a loved. Because after the sadness our hearts will also be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times we all shared with Aunt Jo. I know she would want us to reflect on the great times we had together and be able to celebrate a life well lived.
We will truly miss you Aunt Jo and will never forget the kindness and the love you have shared with us.
