LAKELAND - Mrs. Mary Pauline Romberger passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 at her residence from heart failure. She was born in Norman Park, GA in 1928, the daughter of the late Parrish and Lila Norman. The family moved to FL on Dec. 7, 1941, eventually residing in Plant City, FL.
She was happily married for almost 61 yrs to the late Harold Romberger, a retired Lakeland fireman.
She was a homemaker that loved to cook and work in her flower beds. She was a member of First Baptist Church at the Mall in Lakeland in the JOY Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Roger (Gerry) Romberger, Glenn (Paula) Romberger and Ben (Darla) Romberger; daughter, Janet Romberger; sister, Betty Powell, 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wed. 10-11am in the chapel of First Baptist Church at The Mall with funeral services to begin at 11am. Interment will follow at Mt. Enon Cemetery in Plant City. Arrangements by Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel.
