WINTER HAVEN - Earl "Spud" Bamberg, 51, of Winter Haven died Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center due to heart failure.
Born July 28, 1962 in Lakeland, FL, he was a lifelong resident of the area. Spud graduated from Auburndale High School, was a self-employed paint contractor; was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of the Stewart Hunt Club in Georgia.
He is survived by: his wife of 8 years, Cauney; 2 sons, Brenan Travis Bamberg of Auburndale and Chance McKinley Bamberg of Winter Haven; his parents, Earl F. and Ada V. Townsend Bamberg of Auburndale; a brother, William "Billy" Bamberg of Winter Haven; a niece, Kenna Skinner; a nephew, Raleigh Bamberg; and a great-nephew and niece, Troy and Paisley Skinner.
A Memorial Service will be at 6:30pm, Monday, November 4, 2013 at Life Church in Auburndale. Condolences may be sent at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
