HARLINGEN - Graveside services for Kenneth Elzy Scoggins will be at 11 a.m. today, March 23, 2013, in the Mausoleum Chapel at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito. Buck Ashcraft Funeral Home of Harlingen is in charge of arrangements.
