Obituary Condolences

HUMBERTO "BETO" CANALES Veteran of the U.S. Army, where he proudly served his Country in the Korean War. Beto was a kind hearted man who loved and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who adored his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Julia Lopez Canales, his children, Gracie (James) Salazar, Mario (Emma Jean) Canales, Sylvia (Johnny) Rodriguez, Rolando (Samantha) Canales, Maria L. (Mike) Watts; his grandchildren, Oscar Garcia, Robert I. Canales, Oliver Canales, Gynette Rodriguez-Williams, Jonathan Ray Canales, Aaron Rodriguez, Adrian Gonzales, Karina Salazar; Great-Grandchildren, Anthony, Robert I. Jr., Alexander, Angelina, Hunter and Lyla. Family will receive friends today, August 7, 2012 from 4pm to 9pm with a Holy rosary to be recited at 7pm at Vaughan Watson Memorial Chapel in Edinburg. Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Vaughan Watson Memorial Chapel in Edinburg. Interment will follow to Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission with full military honors to be conducted by American Legion Post #97 of Mission.
