GUADALUPE HINOJOSA Obituary
GUADALUPE HINOJOSA MISSION - Guadalupe Hinojosa, 55, passed away Friday, August 15, 2014 in McAllen. Guadalupe was born December 1, 1958. He is the son of Domingo and Esperanza (Moreno) Hinojosa. He is survived by his wife: Bertha (Silva) Hinojosa; his children: Lizet (Mark) Salazar Hinojosa of Austin; Daisy (John Eric) Martinez of McAllen, Amanda Hinojosa of Mission and Guadalupe Hinojosa, Jr. of Mission; his parents: Domingo and Esperanza (Moreno) Hinojosa of McAllen; brothers and sisters: Elisa Hinojosa; Fernando Hinojosa, Juan Hinojosa, Margarita Barrera all of McAllen, Domingo Hinojosa, Jr. of Mission and Carmen Contreras of La Joya; two grandchildren: Audriana Janelle Rodriguez of Mission and Jaxson Anthony Salazar of Austin. He will always be remembered as a loving and giving individual, who would always go the extra mile to help those in need. He will be missed by all his nieces and nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, August 18, 2014 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.
