Joshua LaCross Obituary

Joshua L. LaCross, 34 years of age passed on March 13, 2011 in Saginaw, Michigan.
He was born March 24, 1976 in Alma the son of Connie Freed and the late Alan LaCross. He lived most of his life in the Alma area. He went to Alma Public schools in the class of 1995.
Josh worked at Giles Tire Service for many years and recently was employed by J&J Giles Tire Service on Superior St. in Alma. He enjoyed motorcycles and working on cars. He loved his family and was always willing to help others. Quality time with his family was important to him.
He was preceded in death by his father Alan LaCross and his Grandparents Donald and Nancy LaCross.
Josh is survived by his Daughter Brittney LaCross, his Mother Connie Freed, Brothers, Jason, Jarrett, and Christopher, Sister Brittney, Grandparents, Charles and Betty Freed, Uncle Calvin (Kristi) Freed, Craig (Barb) Freed, Aunts Carolyn Freed and Kay LaCross, Uncles Chris LaCross, and Todd (Carol) LaCross. Joshua had a very large extended family beyond this list both in South Carolina and Michigan, including several cousins, nieces, nephews, many good friends and long time friend Kris Kanine.
A Memorial Service will be held at Seville Community Church of God Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 11:00 am with Pastor George Showers officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am to the time of Service.
Memorials may be given to the family.

Carolyn, you never knew me, but I was Alan's cousin, Becky Cook. Alan's dad was my mom's brother. I never knew Josh, but I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Please know I am thinking of you and your family in this time of sorrow. My mother is Alan's Aunt Dee Dee Cook.

Josh you were a wonderful father to my niece Brittney and i'm going to miss you everyday when i drive by J & J on my way home from work and you would wave and i would wave back.
