Peggy Josephine Fuller, age 85, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, formerly of Alma, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home in Alma with Pastor Terri Bentley of the First United Methodist Church in St. Louis officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Alma. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the .
Peggy was born on April 11, 1927 in Alma the daughter of Raymond and Edith (Padgett) Fisher. She married George Fuller on January 20, 1946 in Alma. Peggy worked in sales for many years at several companies and ernjoyed being a real estate agent in later years, earning the distinguised Top Gun Real Estate Sales Award many times. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing bridge. Peggy especially loved spending time with her family.
She was a member of the Perdido Bay United Methodist Church in Pensacola, FL where she and her husband moved after their retirement. She was the Treasurer at the church for many years.
Peggy is survived by her beloved family; daughter, Janice Weinhold of Milwaukee, WI, son, George R. (Sandy) Fuller of Indianapolis, IN; granddaughters, Jennifer (Dave) Sleyster of Bay View, WI and Laura (Rob) Beaudette of Cottage Grove, WI; great grandchildren, Kayleigh Sleyster, Caleb and Leah Beaudette; sister, Judy DePue of Stanton; brother, Larry Fisher of Sumner; sisters-in-law, Shirley Fisher of Carson City, Colleen Fisher of Sheridan; and extended family including many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George in 1996; a daughter, Jean Ellen Fuller; son-in-law, Jerome Weinhold; and four brothers, Bud, Gary, Charlie, Cecil Fisher.
