Robin Renee Grace, age 49, of Shepherd, passed away on Sunday March 4, 2012, at Woodland Hospice House.
Robin was born on January 21, 1963, in Carson City, the daughter of Robin Lynn and Lela Edith Cook Johanson.
Robin was a member of the Cherokee Nation. She was an avid motorcycle rider, a multi talented person that was willing to help others in any way she could and especially with her family. Robin was a great cook and was a proudly supported her native heritage. She was a lifelong resident of the area and worked for the Bissell Company for many years.
Memorial services for Robin will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. from the Rowley Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Pastor Chuck Swarthout of Destiny Christian Ministries officiating. The family will gather with friends on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family with envelopes available at the funeral home.
Robin is survived by her three children, Robert Allen (Nicole) Grace of Shepherd, Brandon Allen Grace of Grand Rapids, and Samantha Jo Grace of Shepherd; four grandchildren and one expected grandchild, Robert, Jaden, Joshua, and Collin; and four sisters, Tina, Cindy, Joann, and Jackie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Tismal Crow.

Our condolences to Robin's immediate family and her siblings. We were friends of the Johanson family during the 1970's. Lots of family get togethers. We have family living in Mt. Plesant now. God Bless you all!

I was incredibly saddened to hear of Robins passing. She was a fantastic woman, a good mother who loved her children, and a fighter until the end. Everytime I would see her she would brighten my day and she taught me to remember to fight no matter what life brings you. My deepest sympathies to all her loved ones she left behind.
