Obituary Condolences

Aug. 14, 1946 - Feb. 10, 2013

Rodney C. Pringle, Delta Twp., Michigan, age 66, raised in Merrill, formally of St. Louis and Saginaw Michigan. Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and Vietnam veteran was called home to his savior Sunday, February, 10, 2013. Rodney was born August 14 1946, in Saginaw, one of three children of Gerald and Marilyn Pringle.
He met Mary Taylor at a music store in Saginaw and they were married June 14, 1969, at Christ Lutheran in Saginaw. He was a Piano Technician/Tuner/Rebuilder, honed his craft at several piano factories and owned his own music store in St. Louis with his wife for several years. He was proud to serve his church as an organist and in many other areas. His faith is God's Word, which he shared with everyone, was an inspiration to his family and all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; his children, Melody (Troy) Oswald, Adam (Melissa) Pringle, and Tiffany (Ethan) Pringle; four grandchildren, Coleton Pringle, Alivia, Ava, and Alexa Oswald, sisters; Claudia Kleppert, and Jackie LaCosse; and many nieces and nephews.
He joins his father; mother-in-law, Margaret Taylor; and brother-in-law, Larry Kleppert already at his Savior's side.
Funeral Services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2013, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 7740 E St. Joe Hwy., Lansing, MI 48917. Pastors Norm Burger and Joel Tullberg will officiate with burial to follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Breckenridge, Michigan. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran and by becoming an organ donor to give the gift of life as Rodney did.
