Robert M. Clark, age 85, of Caseville, formerly of Breckenridge, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012 at his home.
Funeral Services for Robert will be held Friday, December 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lux and Whiting Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the
or the Disabled American Veterans.
Robert was born on May 17, 1927 in Wheeler the son of Warren and Myrtle (Hynes) Clark. He grew up on the family farm in Wheeler and married Mary Dingman on November 28, 1950. He served in the Army during W.W.II. He worked as a self employed carpenter with Clark Constructon. He retired from Wright Construction in Saginaw. Robert was a life member of the VFW in Alma and member of the American Legion in Breckenridge.
He is survived by his son, James (Vonda) Clark of Bigelow, Arkansas; his daughter, Beverly Estrada of Saginaw; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; four brothers, Dale (Era) of Alma, Larry (Kathy) of Breckenridge, Warren of Arizona and Paul of Wheeler; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary; four brothers, Gilbert, Clayton, Kenneth, and Jim; and two sisters, Shirley, and Polly.
