Mizpah is predeceased by her Husband, Egbert; her brother, Rudy and sister, Cindy.
Mizpah will be warmly missed and cherished by her family members who include: Adopted Daughter: Alice Tertullien of New York; Sisters- in- law: Bernice and Muriel Tertullien of Surinam; Brothers-in-law: Hans Odendahl and Franklyn S.M. Williams and his wife, Dr. Celestine Williams; Niece and spouse: Sandra and Craig Odendahl; Nephews and spouses: Farley and Duane Williams; Franklyn and Gillian Williams; Dr. Francis and Raquel Williams and; Kevin Odendahl; Grand Nieces: Nakia Williams; Danielle Williams, Emma Williams and Maya Odendahl; Grand Nephews: Timothy Williams, Samuel Williams, Seth Williams, Owen Odendahl and Roger Duncan; Cousins: Atwell Pintard, Tezel Butler, Ignatigis Wallace, Ellen Poitier of Miami, Florida, Isadora Bastian, Astrid Fraser, Garth Fraser, Earnest Fraser, Warren Fraser, Patsy Taylor, and Justice Cheryl Albury (Ret.); Numerous relatives and friends: Janet Nixon, Anna Hall, Debbie Lockhart, Prietta Burnside, Mizpah Munroe, Ellen "Chi Chi" Thompson, The Lockhart, Wilson, Pintard, and Bartlett families; Paula Stevenson, Lillian Rolle, Constance Comery, Agatha Wells; Marjorie Davis, Ruby Major; The Government High School Class of 1942: Hilda Gibbs, Sir Orville Turnquest, Hon. The body of Former Senator, Mizpah Tertullien, will lie in State in the foyer of the Senate, on Thursday May 28th, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m.

Condolences to the Tertullien family. I'm sorry for your lost. Ecclesiastes 3:1,4 - states there is an appointed time for everything. Sadly it's a time to weep for your family. Nothing can fully prepare anyone for a time like this but please remember the time of laughter. May our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father comfort your hearts 2 Thessalonians 2:16,17.
