Beloved son of Ella Brooks and the Late Donald Lloyd Thompson Sr. Raised by Mary Paul and the Late Lawrence Pea Jr. Beloved husband of Demetria Young Brooks. Loving father of Jasmine Brooks, Tonsha Young and She'Corey Young. Grandfather of Joseph Clark-Avila Jr. and Skylar Lawrence. Brother of Brenda Ferrell, Spancina Pea, Diana Lloyd, Kia Harris, Torrie Harris, Donald Thompson Jr., LaKisha Brooks and Brandon Brooks. Nephew of Jessie Williams, Leroy Brooks, Joanna and Cynthia Collins. A devoted friend of Charles, Chris, Arron and Kerion. Also Survived by a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Corey was preceded in death by his fathers Lawrence Pea Jr. and Donald Lloyd Thompson Sr., Uncle James Brooks, Aunt Bobby Collins and Cousin Mattie Brooks.
