An active member of Christ Church Cathedral in the late 1960s, she spearheaded an after-school tutorial program held at the Church for inner-city children. She was also integral to the establishment of Advent House, a cause very close to her heart. She was a member of the Southern Yacht Club and the Orleans Club. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at Christ Church Cathedral Saturday morning, September 21st at eleven o'clock.
