Levar Ray Williams, age 36, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 17, 2016. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Ray Williams Sr., and grandparents Betty Tate and Joe Ray Williams. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Debbie Williams; 5 siblings, Paul Williams Jr., Paul Arbuthnot, Jazmine E. Conn, Cathy and Adrena Dickerson; grandmother, Cloteal Conn; devoted friend, Dion Dean; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
