Melvin Joseph Terrance, III departed this life at University Medical Center on Monday, October 31, 2016. Beloved son of Melvin Joseph Terrance, Jr. and Lisa Marie Jackson. Grandson of Joseph Jackson, Jr., Iva G. Green, Marie C. Terrance, and the late Melvin J. Terrance, Sr. Great grandson of the late Henrietta G. Calhoun, Dorothy Jackson, McKinley Goins, Sr., and Joseph Jackson, Sr. Brother of Brice Terrance, Marcus Allen, Aurora Stewart, Iva Jackson, Ashley Langlois, and Monique Allen. Uncle of the late Imani Reed, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 31 years a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA . Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral services at St. Stephen Baptist Church 1738 L. B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Norman Francis officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
