Beulah Eloise (Puddin) Amos-Dixon passed away at her home on Saturday May 3, 2014 at 8:00am at the age of 88. Faithful wife of the late Sylvester Dixon. Daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Amos Sr and Lillie Mae Owens Amos. Sister of the late Marguerite Cleon, Geraldine Odester and Grover C Amos, Jr. Survived by niece Cheryl Amos Grant, four nephews Grover C, III., Michael Keith, Bruce Kevin and Glen David Amos, three sister-in-laws Audrey Amos, Nancy and Rose Dixon. Also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. A retired 37 year employee of Deansgate Inc. Relatives and friends of the family also pastor, officers and members of Amozion and Second Free Mission Baptist Church, Martha Grand Chapter, OES, King Solomon, Palace #1, Grand Amaranth Court, Gentilly Delight #31, Wisdom Court #1 and EJ Morris Sr. are all invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Amozion Baptist Church 907 Deslonde Street, New Orleans, La 70117 at 10:00am.
