Giselda Napolitano Dill passed away on Saturday, January 25th, 2014 at the age of 97. She was the beloved wife of the late George Dill. Giselda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Giselda Dill Bloom, her three grandchildren: Gigi Bloom Harper (Allen), Jeff Bloom (Kerry), and George Bloom (Christy); and by her six great grandchildren: Catherine, Victoria and Elizabeth Harper, and Cager, Davis and Corbin Bloom. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Giselda was a graduate of St. Mary's Dominican College and a parishioner of St. Rita Catholic Church in New Orleans for many years before moving to Covington to be near her family, who affectionately called her "Mere." A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Anselm Catholic Church on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 9 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anselm.
