Louis Leroy Delise Sr. passed away on Saturday Novemember 30, 2013 at the age of 59 years. He was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish, La. Beloved son of Eunice St. Amant Delise and Leroy Delise. Maternal grandparents Louise St. Amant Morgan and William P. St Amant. Paternal grandparents Rosie Ibarra Delaune and Louis Delise. Loving father of Amy Delise Bardfield and Sid Bardfield, Louis L. Delise Jr. and wife Tracy Steihl Delise, and Alicia M. Delise (Jason). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, who had a special place in his heart. Trey Philip Neal, Aubrey Marie Bardfield, Louis (Tres) Delise III, Briar Rose Delise, and a gift from above baby Delise is due March 2014. Louis is surrounded by his sisters Cindy Mouton (Mutt), Peggy Gonzales (Ross) and his brothers David Delise (Johanna Collins) and Randy Delise, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and friends. Companion of Sharon Acosta. He will forever be remembered for his big warm heart. He treasured his time with his fishing and hunting buddies. He was a jack of all trades, his famous quote was" When ya in the blue call Lou!" He will be greatly missed by many. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Lakeview Christian Center 5885 Fleur de Lis Dr. New Orleans, La. 70124, on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until service time of 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens, Chalmette, LA. Clark-Ducote Funeral Home (Belle Chasse) is assisting the family during this most difficult time.
