Lovell Oatis Sr. passed on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Son of the late Lonnie Oatis and Maddie Price Oatis. Loving father of Lovell (Ayesha) Oatis Jr. of New Orleans, LA, Norvell Cambell, and LaToya (Mikrel) Oatis Sanders of Alexandria, LA. Brother of Lonnie (Debra) Oatis. Grandfather of ten grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends, also pastors, officers, and members of Deliverance Temple COGIC and all neighboring churches, and employees of U.S. Department of Justice local 3957 are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Deliverance Temple Church of God in Christ, 1627 Montegut Street for 10:00 am. Rev. Frank Belton officiating. Church Visitation 9:00 am until hour of services. Interment Rosehill Baptist Church Cemetery, Silver Creek, MS with Military Honors.
