Ronald P. Eiermann, died on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 7::33 AM, at his residence in Metairie. He was born in New Orleans on August 15, 1929 and has resided in Metairie for the past 50 years. He was the son of the late Louis P., Sr. and Della M. Eiermann. Brother of Wilbur Eiermann and the late Louis P. Eiermann , Jr, and Gerald Eiermann. Survived by nephew, Louis P. Eiermann, III and neice, Connie Eiermann Wilkes. Ronald was a graduate of Alcee Fortier High School. He served his country during WWII in the Army. Retired from IBEW Local 130. He loved people, food, travel, his family and sports, and was the #1 LSU fan. Relatives, friends, IBEW members, associates of Dago's, Uncle Joe's and Trudeau Tavern are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 1:00 pm and the visitation will start at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers, please donate to your local SPCA and/or to American Veteran's organization.
