Delia Hausman

BETTSVILLE: Delia Hausman, 63, of Bettsville, passed away at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at her residence.

Delia was born on May 19, 1949 in Laredo, TX, to the late Donato Soto and Dolores (Villareal) Soto who survives in Bettsville. She married Bruce Hausman at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Millersville on September 21, 1968 and he survives in Bettsville.

Delia is survived by her children, Tony (Shannon) Hausman of Fremont, Cassandra Hausman of Bettsville, Melody (Earl) Steinmetz of Fort Seneca; eleven grandchildren; four brothers, John Soto of Fremont, David (Karen) Soto of Carey, Rick Soto of Fremont, Michael (Brenda) Soto of Columbus; and a sister, Dee Carr of Bradner.

Delia worked at Bethesda Care Center in Fremont as a STNA for over 25 years. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Millersville and a 1968 graduate of Bettsville High School. Delia will be missed by all of her loving family and many friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, from 10-12 p.m., at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory in Bettsville. There will be no funeral service or burial held at this time.
