GENOA: To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven: a time to be born, a time to serve, a time to love, and a time to die.

A time to be born: Della I. Clark formerly of Woodville, OH most recently of Genoa, OH was born on February 12, 1918 in Donnellson, IA to Frederick and Maria (VornKahl) Krebill.

A time to serve: Della was a business manager at Bluffton College for 5 years and a teacher for the Gibsonburg Exempted Village School. She was an active and faithful member of the Woodville United Methodist Church, Woodville, OH where she held several offices and was a lay delegate to the Methodist Church conference, the First Mennonite Church, Bluffton, OH, Woodville Garden Club and helped with the Cub Scouts.

A time to love: Della leaves to cherish her memory, son, Maurice O. (Karen) Clark of Woodville, OH; daughter, Mary E. (Frank) Reardon of Woodville, OH; step- daughter, Elizabeth (Lou) Raid-Gomez of Newton, KS; grandchildren, Tara (Brian) McElroy of Worthington, OH, Matthew (Sara) Reardon of Woodville, OH, Laura (Eric) deWeber of Boca Raton, FL, Nathan (Abby) Clark of Wheaton, IL; great grandchildren, Tiernan, Dolon, Dahlia, Christopher, Austin, Bradon, Blaine, Lydia, Isabelle, Judah; step-grandchildren, Rachel (Tim Hallacy) Pankratz, Lisa (Scott Dooley) Pankratz, Matthew (Michelle) Pankratz; and nine step-great grandchildren.

A time to die: Our beloved Della began her journey of eternal life on October 21, 2010 at the Genoa Care Center, Genoa, OH surrounded by the love and comfort of family. Waiting for her with open arms are beloved husband Gaylord O. Clark. They were married on June 12, 1948 in Gibsonburg, OH and he preceded her in death on October 3, 1984. She married Howard Raid in 1991 and he preceded her in death in 2004. Della was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mildred Koller; brothers, Raymond, Melvin and Ellis Krebill all of Donnellson, IA.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Home, 201 West Main Street, Woodville, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. from the Woodville United Methodist Church, Woodville, OH where there will be additional visitation from 9:30 a.m. until time of services. Officiating will be Rev. Jennifer Williamson. Interment will be in Westwood Cemetery, Woodville, OH. There will be a bereavement luncheon served at Woodville United Methodist Church immediately following the cemetery committal services. Considerations for memorial contributions are: Bluffton College-Howard Raid Chair, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Woodville United Methodist Church.
