Jean Crozier Obituary
Her career included The Bank of Elmore, Sun Oil, and more than 25 years at Owens-Illinois, retiring as an Executive Assistant in the International Division.
Jean was a charter member of Delta Chi Chapter of Sigma Alpha philanthropic Sorority, actively participating since 1947. She was a faithful member of the former Elmore Christian Church, and more recently the Genoa Christian Church.
She had many interests and talents and especially enjoyed bowling, golf, oil painting, floral arranging, specialty baking, decorating, and travel. Respected and admired, Jean was enthusiastically devoted to each generation of her family.
Survivors are brothers, James Crozier, William Crozier, Thomas (Sharon) Crozier, and David Crozier; sisters, Lila Wood, Betty Riehm, and Sue Howe; aunt, Marie Magsig; 16 nieces and nephews; 35 great-nieces and nephews; and three great-great-nieces and nephew. Jean will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
Visitation is Wednesday, December 29th, from 2-8 p.m., at Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore-Genoa Chapel, 19550 W. SR 51, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, December 30th at 11 a.m. Pastor Jeanne Davies will officiate, and interment will be in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Genoa Christian Church, Harris-Elmore Public Library, or Heartspring, charity project of Sigma Alpha.
