Sue Miller Meredith, 80, of Louisville, formerly of Magnolia, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013, at Christopher East Nursing Home in Louisville.
She was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church and retired from Gates Rubber in Elizabethtown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Meredith; a grandson, Christopher Marti; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Leslie Miller; two sisters, Mary E. Jackson and Ruby Cooke; and three brothers, Burton Miller, Don Miller and Charles Robert Miller.
She is survived by a daughter, Sherri Hall of Louisville; a son, Dennis (Joyce) Hall of Leitchfield; four grandchildren, Tamara Hall, Theresa Hall, Brent Hall and Christina Marti; three step-grandchildren, Stephanie Casey, Bill Clemons and Melissa Decker; five sisters, Edna Turner, Dorothy Tharp, Helen Catlett, Cleo Spratt and Betty A. Peace; two brothers, Dr. Ron Miller and Dr. James E. Miller; nine stepgreat-grandchildren and one stepgreat-great-grandchild.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Brother Curtis Decker officiating. Burial follows in Magnolia Cemetery.
Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and continues at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Sherri, I'm sorry to hear of Sue's death. It seems you have more sorrow to bear these days than one can bear. I pray you have peace that Sue is in a better place.
