Goodin, Mark Aaron - Bonnieville  
Mark Aaron Goodin, 36, of Bonnieville, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at his home. He was a native of Hardin County. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include the love of his life, Barbara Doyen of Bonnieville; a son, Evan Goodin; his mother and father, Suzanne Trusty Rowe and Donald Rowe of Elizabethtown; a brother, Matt (Melody) Goodin of Elizabethtown; a stepbrother, Donald Ray Rowe of Georgia; a stepsister, Kristy Foster of Columbia; stepchildren, Timothy Doyen of Louisville, Daniel Doyen of Elk City, Oklahoma, Casandra Wade of Denver, Colorado, and Dustin Doyen of Red Oak, Iowa; and his stepfather, Donnie Goodin of Elizabethtown. There will be no funeral or burial. Cremation was chosen to honor his request. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Graham, Douglas McArthur - Elizabethtown  
Douglas McArthur Graham went to meet his maker on Friday, July 24, 2015. He served his country for 22 years and achieved the highest rank possible for him. He was awarded the Bronze Star with V-Device for Heroism in action along with the Purple Heart and numerous other awards. Douglas was devoted to his family and lived his life with no apologies to anyone. Douglas will be missed by his many friends and his dog "Bubby" who he loved dearly. He will be missed especially by his best friend, Paul McIntosh, who he often referred to as his brother. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Linda, who he was married to for 54 years. He leaves his loving daughters, Kimberly (Douglas) Gibson and Tracy Graham; his three granddaughters, Hope (Micah) Nipper, Erika Ferrell and Bethany (Kevin) Payton; and his great-grandson, Gunnar Harrison Payton. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethesda Ministries Church of Elizabethtown on Ring Road with the Rev. Jerry Westerfield officiating. Burial with military honors follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown handled arrangements. Grimes, Fred A. ‘Freddie’ - Glendale  
Fred A. "Freddie" Grimes, 72, of Glendale, died Thursday, July 23, 2015, at his residence. He was a native of Hardin County and a retired carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Dewey and Katherine Wirth Grimes; and five brothers, George Franklin, James, William, Paul and Larry Grimes. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mavie Jean Baker Grimes of Elizabethtown; four children, Sandra Darlene (Cecil) Bailey of Eastview, Mitchelle (Charlotte) Grimes of Hodgenville, Mark Eugene Grimes of Elizabethtown, Karen Walker (Tim Dempster) of Elizabethtown; 13 grandchildren, Rachel (Chris) Hart, Jessica (Jeremy) Bolin, Kayla (Vince) Booken, Tiffany (Derrick) Hill, Carrie (Adam) Underwood, Andrai Warner (Edward Guerrero), Courtney Warner, A.J. Cambron, John, Harlee, Christina, Abby and Winston Grimes; six great-grandsons, Lucas and Colin Hart, Jarrett Bolin, Chase Hill, Gibson and Briar Underwood. Cremation was chosen by the family.
