Elliott, George C. - Elizabethtown  
George C. Elliott, 90, of Elizabethtown, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. A native of Hart County, George graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy in 1952 and enjoyed a long career as a pharmacist, owning pharmacies in Bonnieville, Gamaliel and Elizabethtown. He remained active throughout his life and enjoyed gardening, hiking and birding. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Genevieve; a daughter, Georgia (Richard Lymes) of Rineyville; four sons, Greg (Teresa) of Panama City, Florida, Grant of Culver City, California, Geoff (Julia) of Pasadena, California, and Gene of Memphis, Tennessee; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A celebration of life is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 21, at Elizabethtown Nature Park, 1900 Ring Road. Condolences may be sent to 710 Clifford Drive, Elizabethtown KY 42701 or donations made to the Audubon Society. Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements. Ernspiker, John David  
James David Ernspiker, 79, died Friday, May 13, 2016. He was retired from GE and a member of Eliza­bethtown Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Ellen Broyles; children, Kevin Ernspiker (Becky), Timothy Ernspiker (Sherry) and Elena "Cheryl" Scott (David); grandchildren, Bradley, Chad, Andrew and Casey Ernspiker and Haley, Victoria, Micah and Makenzie Bradley; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service is at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at Elizabethtown Congregation Hall, 25 Harvest Drive, Elizabethtown.
