Bradley French Jr., 90, of Hodgenville, passed away, Friday, April 18, 2014 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville. Bradley French Jr., 90, of Hodgenville, passed away, Friday, April 18, 2014 at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville. He was born April 15, 1924, in LaRue County. He was the son of Bradley Sr. and Annie Whitlock French. Bradley was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, retired from General Electric after 30 years of service, a devout farmer of the land that he loved so much, a member of Nolynn Baptist Church, a clogger with the Lincoln Cloggers, member of B.R. Young Lodge No. 132 F&AM, and a Kentucky Colonel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bradley Sr. and Annie French, and a son, Larry R. French. He is survived by his loving wife, of almost 69 years, Kathleen Maxine Warren French; three sons, Ronnie (Jean) French and Brent (Sara Rose) French, all of Hodgenville, and Doug (Denise) French of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Valarie (Tom) Logue of Louisville; a daughter-in-law, Debbie French of Lawrenceburg; a brother, Eugene (Margie) French of Hodgenville; 11 grandchildren, Darren (Tabitha) French, Sonya French-Foster, Chad (Kellee) French, Brooke (Josh) Wright, Josh (Angel) French, Luke French, Chelsea (John) Weber, Connor Logue, Jacob Bradley French, Abigail French, and Rachel French; six great-grandchildren, Tyler Foster, Peyton Foster, Corbin Wright, Cooper Wright, Phillip French and Alex French; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with the Revs. George Smith and Dan Flanagan officiating. Burial follows in Red Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at Read Obituary
