On Dec. 24, 1988, Dustin Tyler Fields was born the third son of proud parents, Doug and Pam Fields. He was welcomed home by older brothers, Brandon and Brian. Baby sister, Joni, soon followed.
He grew up and spent his life on the farm. He always was determined to be the hardest worker on the job.
At the age of 11, in a revival held by pastor Brother Carlon Fields with the help of Brother Clifford Ward at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Dustin repented and was saved. His bright profession and shouts of joy will be remembered by all who were present. On June 6, 2008, Dustin married his sweetheart, Jennifer Arnell. In 2011, on July 21, the happy young couple welcomed twin boys, Noah Douglas and Caleb Allen, into their life. Dustin was very proud of his boys and his perfect little family.
On Oct. 23, 2013, after a courageous battle with leukemia the Lord called and Dustin answered. His works and testimony will live forever.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Goldie Fields and Shirley Riggs, and a cousin and close friend, Nicholas Riggs.
He left behind his loving wife, Jennifer; boys, Noah and Caleb; papaws, Ronnie Fields and Marion Riggs; parents, Doug and Pam Fields; two brothers, Brandon and his wife, Wendy, and Brian and his wife, Missy; a sister, Joni Brooks and husband, Allen; nieces, Rachel and Julianne; and nephews, Carson, Dawson, Clay and Jonah.
It is better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.
