Ethel Waldeck Hogan, 92, of Elizabethtown, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Helmwood Healthcare in Elizabethtown.
She was a native of Bonnieville, an Eastern Star member and a lifelong member of United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Cleo Hodges and Joseph Parido; her parents, R. Brents and Ella Caswell Waldeck; and six brothers and sisters, Martha Finley, Charles Waldeck, Wilburn Waldeck, Mae Kniss, Hazel Hodges and James Waldeck.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy (Vince) Hodges Heuser of Cub Run; three sons, Robert (Karen) Hodges of Geneseo, Ill., Joe (Debbie) Parido of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jim (Laurel) Parido of Tallahassee, Fla.; five grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. Friday, March 8, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Bill Rounsaville officiating. Burial follows in Upton Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continues at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Campground United Methodist Church.
