Kimberly Raquel Snodgrass, 44, of Vine Grove, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014.
Retired Staff Sgt. Snodgrass served 22 years in the U.S. Army
, the Army Reserve and she was a veteran of Desert Storm. She enjoyed serving her country and caring for her fellow soldiers. Kimberly enjoyed taking care of her horses and horseback riding.
Survivors include her husband, James Snodgrass; two daughters, Katie Snodgrass and Lauren Snodgrass, both of Vine Grove; her parents, Dr. Jerry and Carolyn Price of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, Guy David Price and his wife, Angie, of Spring Branch, Texas; her father-in-law, Denis Snodgrass; her mother-in-law, Jo Anne Snodgrass of Clopton, Ala.; a brother-in-law, William Michael Snodgrass and a sister-in-law, Susan Snodgrass, both of Clopton; a paternal grandfather, Guy Winston Price of Charleston, W.Va.; a grandmother, Joan Snodgrass; two aunts, Judy Cash of Cecilia and Cecilia Leaf of Clopton; four uncles, E.B. Cash of Cecilia, Charles Wildridge of San Antonio, Joseph Daniel Price and his wife, Terri, of Pendleton, Ind., and Fredrick Randall Price and his wife, Patti, of Huntington, W.Va.; her service dog Axel; and many friends.
Retired Staff Sgt. Snodgrass' funeral is at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove with Chaplain Scott Sherretz officiating. Burial, with military honors, follows in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
