Albert Upton, 69, of Elizabethtown, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012, at home with his loving family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Opal and Ella Upton of Sonora.
He left behind his wife of 49 years, Beverly Ann Upton, along with his four children, Kevin Upton and wife, Beverly, of Elizabethtown, Valerie Scott and husband, Jr., of Glasgow, Tonya Bengtsson and husband, Jan, of Elizabethtown, and Terri Lynn Simonsson and husband, Simon, of Elizabethtown; 15 very special grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles David and Bill Upton; and a sister, Doris Jean Hawkins.
There will be no funeral services, "per Daddy's wishes," his children said.
Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff is in charge of arrangements.
