Allalee LaFollette Kesler, 86, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville.

She is a member of Rolling Fork Baptist Church in Lyons Station. She was retired from Gamble Brothers and Cochrant Foils of Louisville for many years. She was born March 18, 1926, the daughter of the late John and Eddie Marie Carter LaFollettte.
She also was preceded in death by her husband, John Kesler; one brother, her twin, George Allen LaFollette; three sisters, Katherine Coyle, Katie Barnes and Nellie Jackson; and a special niece, Mary Rose Dawson.
Survivors include two sons, Michael J. Kesler of Louisville and John E. Kesler of Bowling Green; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 24, at Rolling Fork Baptist Church in Lyons Station with the Rev. Bruce Nichols, pastor of Rolling Fork Baptist Church, officiating. Burial follows in Rolling Fork Baptist Church Cemetery in Lyons Station.
Visitation continues from noon to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at William R. Rust Funeral Home, 167 N. Main St., New Haven.
