Betty Jo Shelton, 40, of Bardstown, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
Survivors include her husband, John O'Neal Shelton; and her mother and stepfather, Lillie E. and Alex Teper.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at Kappel Funeral Home in Boston, Ky. Burial follows in Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday and continues at 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
