Bobby D. Sprowles, 63, of Hodgenville, passed away Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.
He was a Navy veteran serving during Vietnam, a member of Hodgenville United Methodist Church and a project manager for the Harris Corporation at Fort Knox.

Bobby was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Sprowles.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Sprowles; two sons, Ryan (Jenna) Sprowles of Memphis, Tenn., and Martin Sprowles of Bloomington, Ind.; one sister, Jeanette Burress of Somerset; and a brother, Donald (Nancy) Sprowles of Buffalo.

A celebration of life service is at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at Hodgenville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bob Howell officiating. A reception will follow the service in the church fellowship hall.
