Mrs. Clotilde "Teal" Peace Puckett, wife of 33 years to the late Harold Johnston Puckett, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 8, 2012, in North Augusta, S.C.

Mrs. Puckett was born in Hart County to the late John and Sallie Matt Druen Peace. Before moving to North Augusta six years ago, she was a resident of Magnolia for 84 years. She was a retired teller and receptionist with Bank of Magnolia, with 26 years of service. She was a member of Magnolia Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and gardening, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Herbert E. Peace and Bobby G. Peace.
She is survived by one daughter, Suzanne (Ray) Greene, of North Augusta; a brother, Jackie (Georgia) Peace of Magnolia; two sisters-in-law, Mary Edith Peace and Wanda Faye Peace, both of Magnolia; four grandchildren, Donald Gregory (Beth) Marcum, Pamela Suzette (Mark) Mitchell, Stacy Jean (Kevin) Cason and Travis Johnston (April) Sharpe; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Homegoing services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with the Rev. Travis Sharpe officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and continues at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
