Doug was an inspiration to us all as he bravely battled his illness. He was a kind hearted, loving free spirit. He loved his family and friends more than be ever loved himself. We were privileged to know him as husband, father, son, brother, and friend.

The family has requested memorial donations in Doug's memory be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
