Helen "Libby" Elizabeth Lunsford, 83, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of VFW Auxiliary and Rat Racers Club and worked at FAMCO in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Irene Saling Cook, and her former husband, Rudolph Lunsford.
Survivors include her children; Judy Thompson, Rusell (Janice) Lunsford, Dennis (Joyce) Lunsford and Shirley (Leslie) Reesor; 11 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dixon-Atwood & Trowbridge Funeral Home with Brother Chris Kiger officiating. Burial follows in Loy Cemetery in Columbia.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
