Howard Keith Miller, 67, of White Mills, went to be with his Lord on Monday, June 18, 2012.
He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired Baptist minister and a member of White Mills Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher for 25 years before becoming a minister.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim Will and Leona Townsend Miller.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Duvall Miller; a son, Christopher (Tina) Miller of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Rosonna (Kerry) Reeves of Clarkson; a brother, Ivan Miller of Eastview; a sister, Wanda Dooper of Owensboro; seven grandchildren, Braedon, Cameron, Landon and Jaidyn Bow and Courtney, Whitney and Cadance Miller; foster children, Barbara Brock, Diane Kaprowski, Angel French and many others; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Bruce Underhill officiating. Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and continues at 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of do-nations to Master's Meal Ministry at White Mills Baptist Church.
