James Franklin Duncan, 82, of Radcliff, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at Grayson Manner Nursing Facility in Leitchfield.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Irvington where he served as a member of the deacon board. He was a barber in the movie "Stripes."
He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Maggie Duncan of Radcliff; two sisters, Martha Starks and Mattie Jones, both of Louisville; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with the Rev. Angie Coleman officiating. Burial follows in Brooks Memorial Cemetery in Irvington.
Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
